Effective: April 7, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 529 - 127th General Assembly If a procurement organization refuses to accept an anatomical gift of a part from a decedent whose body is under the jurisdiction of a coroner, the organization shall explain to the coroner, in writing, the organization's reasons for not accepting the part.
