Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Orders for the payment of money may be enforced as judgments in the court of common pleas. Such execution shall be directed to the sheriff, or, in the sheriff's absence or disability, to the coroner.
