Effective: March 17, 1987 Latest Legislation: House Bill 158 - 116th General Assembly (A) The provisions of sections 2711.01 to 2711.15 of the Revised Code relating to arbitration shall apply to county courts, subject to the jurisdiction provisions of this chapter. (B) Arbitration also may occur in accordance with sections 1907.42 to 1907.46 of the Revised Code.
