Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The board of county commissioners, at such board's discretion, on giving ninety days' written notice to the legislative authority of any municipal corporation, may prohibit the use of the county jail for the purpose authorized in section 1905.35 of the Revised Code.
