Effective: July 8, 1991 Latest Legislation: House Bill 200 - 119th General Assembly As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, "municipal court" includes the housing or environmental division of the municipal court, and "judge" includes the judge of the housing or environmental division of the municipal court, as created by section 1901.011 of the Revised Code.
