Effective: July 8, 1991 Latest Legislation: House Bill 200 - 119th General Assembly The housing or environmental division of a municipal court created pursuant to section 1901.011 of the Revised Code has the same territorial jurisdiction as the municipal court of which it is a part, but shall be styled and known as the "housing division of the _________," or the "environmental division of the ______________," inserting the name of the municipal court.
