Effective: March 15, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 714 - 123rd General Assembly Unless otherwise provided, all notices sent to a health insuring corporation by the superintendent of insurance that may result in regulatory action under sections 1753.31 to 1753.43 of the Revised Code shall be effective upon dispatch if transmitted by registered or certified mail. Any other notice transmitted shall be effective upon the health insuring corporation's receipt of the notice.
