Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly Each health insuring corporation shall comply with the requirements of section 3959.20 of the Revised Code as they pertain to health plan issuers. As used in this section, "health plan issuer" has the same meaning as in section 3922.01 of the Revised Code.
