Effective: October 1, 1998 Latest Legislation: House Bill 361 - 122nd General Assembly If an enrollee signs a medical information release upon the request of a health insuring corporation, the release shall clearly explain what information may be disclosed under the terms of the release. If a health insuring corporation utilizes this release to request medical information from a health care facility or provider, the health insuring corporation shall provide a copy of the enrollee's release to the health care facility or provider, upon request.
