Effective: July 17, 1978 Latest Legislation: House Bill 289 - 112th General Assembly Real estate investment trusts are subject to all applicable provisions of law, rules of procedure, and rules of court, now in effect or hereafter enacted, relating to domestic or foreign corporations, with regard to service of process.
