Effective: May 22, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 267 - 129th General Assembly Unless the governing principles provide otherwise, the following apply: (A) The voting members present in person, by the use of authorized communications equipment, by mail, or, if permitted, by proxy at any meeting of voting members shall constitute a quorum for the meeting. (B) The affirmative vote of a majority of the voting members present at a meeting at which a quorum is present as provided in division (A) of this section shall be necessary for the authorization or taking of any action voted upon by the members, except that no action required by law or by the governing principles to be authorized or taken by a specified proportion or number of the voting members or of any class of voting members may be authorized or taken by a lesser proportion or number.
