Effective: May 22, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 267 - 129th General Assembly Unless otherwise provided by law, the venue of an action against an unincorporated nonprofit association brought in this state shall be determined under the statutes applicable to an action brought in this state against a nonprofit corporation.
