Effective: May 22, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 267 - 129th General Assembly All assets, property, funds, and rights or interests, at law or in equity, of any unincorporated nonprofit association shall be subject to judgment, execution, and other process. A money judgment against an unincorporated nonprofit association shall be enforced only against the association as an entity and shall not be enforceable against the property of any manager or member of the association.
