Effective: October 29, 1995 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 162 - 121st General Assembly The trip rider in charge of rope haulage trips shall see that the signal light, as required by section 1567.39 of the Revised Code, is in place and in proper condition before starting the trip. No person shall refuse or neglect to comply with this section.
