Effective: October 29, 1995 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 162 - 121st General Assembly Blasting powder or explosives shall not be taken into or out of a mine, or moved from place to place in a mine, along any entry or haulway where there are electric wires, while the power is on such wires, except when such powder or explosive is conveyed in insulated cars, boxes, or packages. No operator, or miner shall refuse or neglect to comply with this section.
