Effective: October 29, 1995 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 162 - 121st General Assembly In all gaseous mines, as defined in section 1563.02 of the Revised Code, no black powder shall be used for blasting coal and all shots shall be fired by a shot firer. No owner, lessee, agent, or operator of a mine shall violate this section.
