Effective: June 14, 2000 Latest Legislation: House Bill 601 - 123rd General Assembly Booster and blower fans may be installed only with the approval of the chief of the division of mineral resources management, following the submission by the owner, lessee, or agent of a definite plan of ventilation in which it is proposed to use such fans and the reason therefor. No operator of a mine shall refuse or neglect to comply with this section.
