Effective: October 29, 1995 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 162 - 121st General Assembly Each person who performs labor in opening or developing any mine, mining, or labor connected therewith, has a lien upon all the property of the person, firm, or corporation owning, constructing, or operating such mine, for the full value of such labor, upon the same terms as mechanics' liens are secured and enforced.
