Effective: October 29, 1995 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 162 - 121st General Assembly The county recorder, when presented with a map of an abandoned mine by the owner, lessee, or agent thereof, as provided for in section 1563.42 of the Revised Code, shall properly label, file, and preserve such map as a part of the records of the land upon which said mine is located.
