Effective: October 29, 1995 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 162 - 121st General Assembly The permanent boilers used for generating steam, and the buildings containing the boilers, shall not be nearer than sixty feet to any mine opening, or to a building or inflammable structure connected with or surrounding such opening. No owner, lessee, agent, or operator of a mine shall violate this section.
