Effective: June 30, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly All final actions of the director of the Ohio coal development office shall be journalized and such journal shall be open to inspection of the public at all reasonable times. Any materials or data, to the extent that they consist of trade secrets, as defined in section 1333.61 of the Revised Code, or other proprietary information, that are submitted or made available to, or received by, the department of development or the director of the Ohio coal development office, in connection with agreements for assistance entered into under this chapter or Chapter 1551. of the Revised Code, or any information taken from those materials or data, are not public records for the purposes of section 149.43 of the Revised Code.
