Effective: October 24, 2024 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 156 - 135th General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the waterways safety fund. The fund shall consist of money credited to it under this chapter and Chapters 1546. and 1548. of the Revised Code.
