Effective: March 18, 1999 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 187 - 122nd General Assembly No person, except an authorized watercraft representative of the federal government, the state, or any of its political subdivisions shall use or operate a siren on the waters in this state except for emergency purposes. No person shall operate or permit to be operated any vessel on the waters in this state in violation of this section.
