Effective: November 25, 1971 Latest Legislation: House Bill 595 - 109th General Assembly The board of park commissioners shall compile and publish reports and information relating to the park district and to the proceedings and functions of the board. The board shall keep an accurate and permanent public record of all its proceedings.
