Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No person shall take, catch, injure, or kill wild animals, or destroy the habitat thereof, in any waters of the state by means of quicklime, electricity, or any kind of explosive or poisonous substances, or place or use quicklime, electricity, or explosive or poisonous substances in any such waters, except for engineering purposes and with the written permission of the chief of the division of wildlife. Each wild animal taken, killed, or had in possession in violation of this section constitutes a separate offense.
