Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No fish shall be driven into any net or device by "plunging," "splashing," "hammering," or by any noise or other disturbances in or out of the water for such purpose in either of the fishing districts of the state.
