Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The division of wildlife shall provide suitable signs to be placed around the boundaries of field trial areas for public notice. Persons following dogs on field trial areas at any time are not considered to be pursuing wild game with the intent of taking or reducing to possession. The division may grant permission to trap or otherwise destroy vermin on any field trial area only when the vermin is detrimental to the kind of game for which the field trial area has been established. No person shall hunt or trap within a field trial area except in the manner provided by the division for state owned or leased field trial areas.
