Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The division of wildlife may take fish at any time or place, in any manner, for the maintenance or cultivation of fish in hatcheries, or for the purpose of stocking ponds, lakes, rivers, or creeks, or for the purpose of exterminating rough fish in any waters. The division may set aside any waters for the propagation of fish or waterfowl.
