Effective: January 1, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly The chief of the division of water resources or any employee in the service of the division may enter upon lands to make surveys and inspections in accordance with this chapter, when necessary in the discharge of the duties enumerated in this chapter.
