Effective: March 18, 1999 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 187 - 122nd General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 1518.02 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. (B) Whoever violates section 1518.05 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one thousand dollars nor more than five thousand dollars for the first offense; for each subsequent offense the person shall be fined not less than two thousand dollars nor more than ten thousand dollars.
