Effective: September 1, 1981 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1051 - 113th General Assembly Any agency, unit, or instrumentality of federal, state, or local government, including any publicly owned corporation of federal, state, or local government, or any publicly owned utility that proposes to conduct coal mining operations that are subject to the requirements of Chapter 1513. of the Revised Code shall comply with all the requirements of Chapter 1513. of the Revised Code and rules adopted thereunder.
