Effective: June 14, 2000 Latest Legislation: House Bill 601 - 123rd General Assembly In determining the purpose or purposes for which any land or tract of land should be devoted after reclamation and in preparing a plan of reclamation, the chief of the division of mineral resources management may call to the chief's assistance, temporarily, any engineers or other employees in any state department or in the Ohio state university, or other educational institutions financed wholly or in part by the state, for the purpose of making studies, surveys, and maps and for the purpose of devising the most effective and economical plan of reclamation. Such engineers and employees shall not receive any additional compensation other than that which they receive from the department by which they are employed, but they shall be reimbursed for their actual and necessary expenses incurred while working under the direction of the chief.
