Effective: January 7, 2013 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 343 - 129th General Assembly Credit for service between January 1, 1935, and the date of becoming a member of the public employees retirement system except a part-time employee who claimed exemption under the provisions of section 145.03 of the Revised Code, may be purchased by any public employee for service rendered an employer. Credit shall be purchased under this section in accordance with section 145.29 of the Revised Code.
