Effective: January 7, 2013 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 343 - 129th General Assembly Any action brought against the public employees retirement system or the public employees retirement board or its officers, employees, or board members in their official capacities shall be brought in the appropriate court in Franklin county, Ohio.
