Effective: March 23, 2016 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 11 - 131st General Assembly Each volunteer peace officers' dependents fund board may adopt rules as necessary for handling and processing claims for benefits. The board shall perform such other duties as are necessary to implement this chapter.
