Effective: October 6, 2009 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 79 - 128th General Assembly On receiving a resolution from the county board of developmental disabilities approving under section 5126.55 of the Revised Code development of a proposed residential facility, the board of county commissioners shall determine whether public moneys of the county are available for a residential facility linked deposit and shall certify to the county board of developmental disabilities either that public moneys are available or that public moneys are not available. If public moneys are not available the certification shall indicate the date, if any, on which the board of county commissioners anticipates that public moneys will be available.
