Effective: July 6, 2022 Latest Legislation: House Bill 272 - 134th General Assembly If any provision of sections 1349.65 to 1349.74 of the Revised Code, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of those provisions and the application of such provision to other persons not similarly situated or to other circumstances shall not be affected by the invalidation.
