Effective: July 20, 1994 Latest Legislation: House Bill 320 - 120th General Assembly The court may award reasonable attorney's fees to the prevailing party, if any of the following applies: (A) A claim of misappropriation is made in bad faith. (B) A motion to terminate an injunction is made or resisted in bad faith. (C) Willful and malicious misappropriation exists.
