Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Where the particular trade, of which the person complained against is a member, has an established cost survey for the trading area in which the offense under section 1333.12 of the Revised Code is committed, that cost survey is competent evidence to be used in proving the cost of the person complained against.
