Effective: July 27, 1990 Latest Legislation: House Bill 571 - 118th General Assembly Prior to filing criminal charges under section 1327.99 of the Revised Code, the director of agriculture shall provide the person accused of the violation an opportunity for a hearing before the director to discuss the charges and offer evidence in mitigation of the charges.
