Effective: July 26, 1974 Latest Legislation: House Bill 203 - 110th General Assembly Irrespective of whether or not there exists an adequate remedy at law, the director of agriculture may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for a temporary or permanent injunction or other appropriate relief restraining any person from continued violation of sections 1327.46 to 1327.61 of the Revised Code and of regulations promulgated thereunder.
