Effective: March 23, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 131 - 131st General Assembly A service person who is employed by a commercially used weighing and measuring device servicing agency shall register with the director of agriculture in accordance with rules adopted under section 1327.50 of the Revised Code.
