Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Immediately after the expiration of six months time, within which creditors must present their claims, the assignee or trustee for the benefit of creditors must file in the probate court a report of all claims presented to him for allowance, their several amounts, the date from which, and the rate at which they are entitled to interest, specifying claims allowed and those rejected, with the date of allowance or rejection, what claims are held under advisement, and the post-office address of each creditor whose claim is allowed or rejected.
