Effective: September 28, 1979 Latest Legislation: House Bill 674 - 113th General Assembly Sections 1313.21 to 1313.35 of the Revised Code do not impair the right of a person to an exemption under division (A)(1) of section 2329.66 of the Revised Code, or the mode provided for enforcing the right.
