Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Each assignee or trustee for the benefit of creditors appointed on the failure of the assignee of a debtor to qualify, within thirty days after giving bond, must give notice of his appointment in some newspaper of general circulation in the county, for three successive weeks.
