Effective: July 1, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 74 - 124th General Assembly A financing statement sufficiently indicates the collateral that it covers if the financing statement provides: (A) A description of the collateral pursuant to section 1309.108 of the Revised Code; or (B) An indication that the financing statement covers all assets or all personal property.
