Effective: July 1, 1985 Latest Legislation: House Bill 201 - 116th General Assembly In order to comply with Sections 1 and 3 of Article VIII, Ohio Constitution, the director of budget and management may determine the monthly distribution schedule of any subsidies appropriated by the general assembly. In each period that he finds it necessary to adjust the normal distribution of any such subsidies, he shall first notify the controlling board of the need for such action, and explain the reasons therefor.
