Effective: December 4, 1973 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 174 - 110th General Assembly The director of administrative services may divide the state into civil service districts, and establish an officer in each of such districts. The director may place in charge of each such district an assistant whose duties and compensation shall be determined and fixed by the rules of the director.
