Effective: September 16, 2014 Latest Legislation: House Bill 486 - 130th General Assembly The director of development services shall: (A) Promulgate rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code for the conduct of the minority business development division's business and for carrying out the purposes of sections 122.92 to 122.94 of the Revised Code; (B) Prepare an annual report to the governor and the general assembly on or before the first day of August of its activities for the preceding calendar year.
