Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly There is hereby created in the development services agency the community services division. The director of development services shall employ and fix the compensation of professional and technical unclassified personnel as necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 122.66 to 122.701 of the Revised Code.
